So, you’ve scanned one of the QR codes floating around out there or
maybe you’ve met a relative, a friend, or even the Twinsleys themselves.

Whichever way, thank you so much for taking the time to learn more about our journey and about the devastating disease known as Rett Syndrome. We dream that one day soon a cure will be found and these sweet little girls will be able to share their stories with their own voices.

What is Rett Syndrome?

Rett Syndrome is a rare, genetic, neurodevelopmental disorder that primarily affects girls. Those affected by it have normal development initially but between 6-18 months old they begin to lose skills, particularly in motor and communication. Many often begin to have seizures and difficulty eating at this time as well.

Who are The Twinsleys?

The Twinsleys are identical twin girls who were born in January 2024. At just 13 months old we were diagnosed with a rare genetic disease called Rett Syndrome. This site is all about our lives and the impact this disease has on us and those who surround us. Thank you for joining in the story!

How can I help?

Whether you spread awareness of the disease, advocate for those who have been affected by it, or contribute financially via donation or merchandise purchases, we are thankful for it all! See our Links page for more information.
